Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) process is available for diffusion, oxidation, nitriding, deposition, passivation and anneal. These processes may be performed either under an atmospheric or a low pressure condition. Current capabilities are available for deposition of poly-Si, p-type poly-Si, n-type poly-Si, Si3N4.
